hexgod -> Disappearing Supplies & Damaged Industry (4/27/2005 9:47:47 PM)

I have been having a random occurance playing as Japanese. I am only on Day 8, but sometimes after a turn is played, some Hexes like "Shanghai" or some of the other Chinese bases will have all the supplies disappear (down to absolute "0") for NO reason, and sometimes the Heavy Industry will be massively damaged (like 90%). Is this a feature or a bug? Is it sabotage or something? because I get no report, there are no auto convoys (which I don't use) and there where no airstrikes or nukes (remember it's only day 8). But if I load the game back up and end my turn again (against AI), it won't happen. The next turn it will happen to another city, then I load the game again and end my turn and it Doesn't happen. It's going to take me forever just to get to 1942!!!
