What do you do with a returning group of aircraft which never had any production and which has no aircraft in pool. I've had an empty 12-plane group of C5M Babs pass its return date and start "organizing". There are no such aircraft in the pool and no production. Even if I disband all remaining groups with C5Ms I'll only get 11 aircraft. Is the group simply lost to perpetual reorganization?
