Nemesis -> Suggestion for a game (1/11/2001 6:20:00 PM)

There's one game I would LOVE to see Matrix start working on:
UMS 2 AKA Universal Military Simulator 2
Does anybody remember this? I remember playing it on my good 'ol Amiga 500, but it was also available for PC. This game was HUGE! The AI turn took about 1 hour to complete in some of the bigger scenarios! I was totally addicted to this game, but lack of CPU power limited my ability to play =(.
Sure, the game had some limitations (espesially in unit-movement. Units were moved one at a time during execution phase, which meant that you had one unit attacking several defenders, instead of all attacking units moving at the same time (like it should), but Matrix could upgrade it. And I think lack of CPU-power isn't an issue anymore...
I think that UMS 2 was one of the most complete strategy-games ever, and it would certainly deserve a rebirth to the new millennium.
