I transferred the AVG/C to Rangoon this last turn from Diamond Harbor. A remant of this squadron was left in Diamond Harbor, only the remnant has no assets.

This unit will probably vanish in a couple of turns.
If it fills out some, disband it with a like aircraft. Or, transfer it to the original unit.

I've seen this same thing. Usually after a breakdown/recombination and transfer involved.

I have seen this when evacuating the Dutch transport groups. The fragment with no equipment usually disappears the following turn.
