I think that FPG is perfectly designed for TCP/IP games. One game does not last too long and it's a 2 v 2 game. When i remember the good time I had on panzer general on TCP/IP, I just regret that there is not such option with FPG ! that would be great. As the game works with LAN, I'm sure it wuld not be a big issue to adapt it for TCO/IP .. am i right ?
Imagine a server with many FPG players connected witing for a confrontation !!! 2 or 3 hours games ... that would be great !
What do you think guys ?

FPG already fully supports TCP/IP and has since the first release. I've played half a dozen FPG games over the internet. Did you read somewhere on our site that FPG did not support TCP/IP?

OOPS !!! LOL
No, I didn't read it... I just didn't find it in menu options, but I was sur it was the case (no idea why) so I didn't search very well ... I just saw the LAN option.
hummm i will look into more details, sorry for that ! :-)
and thx for your answer.

nukxx,
No problem, just wanted to make sure we didn't have any incorrect info posted. The LAN option is TCP/IP and works fine over the internet, as long as the host player knows how to configure his firewall to allow it through. The only problems I've seen getting TCP/IP to connect for FPG involve firewall misconfiguration.

OK ! that's the reason why...
Maybe you should change the name of the button in 1.03 and call it LAN-TCP/IP ? It would be more clear ...
