I have come back to playing KP and BiN and would like to register my games and also download any patches. Where do I find my registration number for these games? Is it written on the game disk or is it installed on the computer somewhere in the game directory?

You can download pathces from our "Games" area. On the top navigation, click on "Games".

Onyl the digital download verion of KP came with a serial number.

If you purchased from our e-store then you should have received an email and also having been shown the serial number after you fullfilled your purchase. In case neither happend or you missed it you can retrieve the serial number at any time.

Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

KP doesn't need a registration number to install the patch. There was a seperate UK release (the serial number for registration came from Justplay, not Matrix), and initially at least Matrix only supported the US version. They are now patched to a common version.

Can't help you with BiN as I have the download version (where of course you get the registration code with your e-mail confirmation). You can get the patch direct from the game site, i.e you don't have to "register" as such, but you need the serial number to install it.

Marc, Herston, Thank you for prompt replies. I have successfully downloaded the 1.12 patch and will install as soon as I have finished my outstanding v 1.11 KP game.

Thanks for the info on BiN I will find the e-mail/paperwork relating to my download purchase and find the serial number.

My KP disk was the original US version which was sent to me free for my stint as a playtester so I'm not sure how I would register that game as it was not downloaded like today's purchases.
