Bug confirmed through testing. Created a Dec 7th start scenario with everything stood down. I put at Hyderabad a 1(4) airfield adjacent to Karachi the 3rd Indian Brigade. In the first iteration of this test the TOE of the 3rd Indian Brigade is 12 engineers, 100 support squads. 8000 supply and no other units at this base. first turn airfield went to 3%, 2nd 5%, 3rd 8%. Cool, Second iteration of the scenario had the TOE of the odd 3rd Indian Brigade at 12 engineers and 100 motorized support. same conditions at base. Identical. 1st turn 81%, 2nd turn: size 2 and 52%, 3rd turn: size 3 and 19% This test confirms that 'vehicles' are the culprit. All vehicles are tagged somewhere inside as engineer vehicles. Third iteration was just for laughs. I changed the 3rd Indian Brigade TOE to 20 engineer vehicles and 100 support. Same conditions at base. There was zero growth. This means that engineer vehicles require engineers to function. Mike
