Hey guys, A newbie question here. What is with the reinforcement flags? How do you use them, can you move them, etc.? All help welcomed.

They are used when building a scenario. You set up the flags somewhere in the field and attach additional reinforcement troops to appear at that flag later in the game. If you are just playing a scenario you cannot affect the placement nor the reinforcements.
