Top Cat -> Can't download 1.6 patch (6/22/2005 10:42:15 AM)

When I try to download the patch I just get :
"The link could not be saved. The web page might have been removed or had it's name changed"
or
"Connection refused"
Depending on how I click, cut paste etc
- Not likely to be my firewall as download attempt and latest log entry are seperated by many minutes.
- No joy using Firefox, Internet explorer and various download managers.
- Test showed no problems downloading at 100Kb+ from other sites at the moment. Even bit torrent gives green lights across the board (ie.no reported NAT problems)
- All the security protocols are enabled (ie SSL etc). My secure banking even works.
Any ideas?
Damn! Works without firewall, but don't like to go completely nekkid on the net. Zonealarm blocked this ftp but didn't generate any logs for it. It doesn't block other ftp downloads though???
