Could be minutes for some, hours for others - your and your ISPs caching will determine that. The store server's cache should finish clearing completely in about 30 minutes, so if you don't see it after that try clearing your local cache and forcing page refreshes. It should be in New Releases, All Games and Napoleonic games.

In Florida, I still cannot see it under the US store but it is available from the Canadian and UK stores. Hmmmmm.... is an hour earlier worth $5 in currency conversion fees? Hmmm...
