In the manual, I believe I erroneously describe the Delay bar in hexwar as a unit turn delay timer--IT IS NOT--it is in fact the requested time-delay control for the hexwar event messages. This was a misunderstanding on my part about the nature of this last-minute change. SORRY![:(][8\|] (I'm very embarrassed.) We will put this in manual errata.
