Are you running any sort of firewall? Do you run solitare battles ok? Any other issues with gameplay? We need more info to help.
thanks, John.

I have had no problems with any/all versions of SPWaW. In fact it runs great and is a blast to play, thats why I tried to hookup with my other computer. I have no firewalls or have problems playing other direct games ie. Civilization II etc. Hope you can help.
Thanks John

So you are trying to play across a lan? Do you have the same problem when trying to play with another computer across the internet? Is your lan setup to use tcpip instead of 802.2?
thanks, John.

Hi John, I am not sure what 802.2 is. I know my computer is setup for TCP/IP for I play other games on it. I can not play online because what happens is when I click either online or timed online the program asks for name input, but has the name of my other computer in it already, if I try to change it or keep it the program quits and reverts back to my desk top.
