Level bomber ordanance problem (Full Version)

I am having two issues, first I am seeing b-17s dropping 1000lb gp bombs on ships. Second I have air groups set for airfield attack only that are attacking ships. I am playing scen 15 v1.60. Anyone else seen these problems.

I don't believe that the B-17s dropping 1000# GP bombs is a problem. I have seen it fron the start. Happens when they are well withing normal range if I remember right.

2) Read the air operations section on the manual to understand how air groups with no target worth their time can join another raid. [;)]

1. I see info on the use of AP bombs by level bombers. Can you please point me to the reference.

2. I see lots of info in the manual about auto target selection for units that do not have a target specified. My units have a particular airbase targeted.
