Is there a way to slow down the action on the main (strategic) map? Especially, while I'm learning the game, the action is too fast for me to follow. I certainly don't have a super computer, Athlon 2.0 GIG, 1 GIG RAM.

Or any way to speed it up? I have 1gig amd processor 512Mb of memory and it is slow as hell...

I used to get bored seeing all the troop movements from all over Europe, so I switched them off. All I see now are the ones that are in my line of sight, and the turn only takes about 10-20% as long to play out as it used to.

That is what I did after playing first round and waiting over 5 mins for the movement to finish. Now it "only" takes a couple of minutes. Most of the time takes when the screen scrolls on a snail pace back and forth of the map...
