a. Weather does not have "seasons". So it's not like during the summer months, that there is a greater chance of t-storms or whatever. b. Appearntly, the prior turn's weather has some bearing on the likely-hood of the current turns weather. So if it's t-storms last turn, there are better chances that it will remain t-storms or o-cast. Not as likely to be clear. c. Remember, that weather is for each zone on the map. You can have t-storms in one zone, and clear in the adjacent zone. d. Weather mostly affects aircraft. Worse weather means more ops losses, and more difficulty finding targets (they may not even fly, in case of t-storms). e. Weather affects how easy you are to spot. f. Weather affects the chances of two surface groups finding each other (and engaging). -F-
