Guess the Japs where pushing thier luck with so many carriers in one taskforce.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Day Air attack on San Francisco , at 139,46

Japanese aircraft
D3A Val x 148
B5N Kate x 194

Allied aircraft
P-36A Mohawk x 141
P-39D Airacobra x 47
P-40B Tomahawk x 31

Japanese aircraft losses
D3A Val: 119 destroyed
B5N Kate: 158 destroyed

Allied aircraft losses
P-36A Mohawk: 12 damaged

And so the Kido Butai is a spent force and the carriers are now lame ducks!

And i have plenty of P-36 aces [:D] Not one of the Jap planes returned to thier carriers [:D]

I guess, being as Japan is attacking the Wect Coast, that this isn't an AI game?

Opponent was Gilles Thibaut.

Hes been agressive with KB all game, going deep into my shipping lines, this time hes shown up with every Carrier he could muster, then this happened.

Guess he thought my Carriers would be holed up in the place.

Its Late May, so a watered down Midway victory for me.

Bit daunting considering last turn i was digging in and braving the worse Japanese attack yet seen, he had 4-1 by a few hundered points and i was just...defending.

Now a simple 48 hours later, we can now take a agressive defensive stance, what this will involve will remain a secret, i fear spies are about. <.< >.>
