The guys on the production line shold have refused to build it, or at least stopped after the first one. funnily enough not many were made, it was a plane that was obsolete as soon as it flew. the biplane design does make me wonder where the bomb bay is located and did the lower wing ever get in the way of the bomb load when it was being droppped the 1930's was a period of transition for aircraft designers, look at the brilliance of designs such as the Spitfire, Bf109, B17 etc and compare it to the Heyford... luckily Handley Page do redeem themselves with the Halifax bomber during WW2
