I don't know of any WW2 warships that are derelict and still around, would be cool to see them.

The Cleveland class cruiser USS Little Rock, CL-92 (Later CLG-4) is a museum ship in Buffalo NY, as is the destroyer the Sullivans.

The Heavy Cruiser USS Salem CA-139, while not a WW2 service cruiser was a WW2 designed cruiser, and is a musem ship in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Justin's list forgot one very important Battleship: the USS North Carolina. The Showboat is a museum in Wilmington, NC.

There is also an american fleet sub from WW2 at Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco, and another in Portland, OR. This is by no means a complete list, but we're working on it!!!

BTW, there is a group in Portland that is rebuilding a US WW2 PT boat. It isn't ready yet for display, but I can't wait until it is...
