Claims for an auto insurance company.

From telemarketer to insurance? You may have taken a step down on the Karma ladder. All that is left is working for a lawyer and selling used cars.

You are not working for the Gecko are you?

Good to have you back. If you have any questions about detecting insurance fraud drop me a line. I know a thing or two about this.

Post range tithe. I shot expert even with the injured hand. The 12 shots that I had to fire left handed are still causing me pain however.

I am just glad that I won't be carrying a rubber gun until it heals.

Oh, I sure will. I may have some questions about police procedures as well, ie procedures about filing police reports at the scene of the accident. But thats all in the future. They claim to provide fairly comprehensive training, but I'm sure there are also things they dont tell you.

Just assume everyone (victims, witnesses, ect) are lying and you will never be suprized.

Good luck with the new job. Hopefully they won't make you wear the costume.

AVG = free antivirus software, free antispyware
downloadable at :
free.grisoft.com

Much less invasive/nasty than Norton!

Plus, i figure with the name of AVG it is designed for WITP users!

Yup! Actually, also have outdated version on Norton also running, which i plan to deinstall when i have a week or two...

So far (knock on wood) i think i've only encountered 2 viruses getting to my computer in the almost 30 years i've been running pcs - of course only the last dozen or so with the Internet. I've INTERCEPTED a scad of them (zillions of Trojan Horse attacks). i used to have a program that reported them - there were starting to be attacks every couple of minutes. After i got a good firewall (or two), that stopped.

PS - neither virus did any damage, and i think one was detected shortly after arriving on the pc.

After my last several experiences in flying, i decided to fly in the son and his family to visit here - arriving xmas, staying ~4 days. i've become very adverse to the TSA and the new flying experience...

It's getting rediculous isn't it?

We trade freedom for security.

<knocks very loudly on wood> I've had one virus strike in all my PC's. Required reformating and reinstalling OS. I've intercepted and killed one other; that's it.

Yeah - somebody (Ben Franklin? George Santayana?) had some choice words about them (people who trade security for freedom) ... i won't repeat them as Homeland Security would probably bust me for that...

Oh, absolutely. Unlike the 2 hour commute each way I have to Manhattan, this place is only about 15-20 minutes away. One of the big reasons.
