Yes...for a week. Sucked given that a freeze hit right on the heels of the storm so we were half living out of coffee houses downtown (which largely escaped the blackouts due to a better protected power grid) Not a single "D" size battery escaped the rush to the stores, nor canisters of Propaine.

Yes....we basically looked like a war zone/hurricane hit us. Many trees downed.....more than a few big. Roads blocked....trees hanging by power lines..the works. You can probably still whip up the pics from local Puget Sound news sites like King5 or KOMO. Lots of wood for Stupid Cats......good....while their busy, their backsides are unguarded and ripe for PUNTing.

Dogage update:

BBD (Big Black Dog)

Hanging in there but his health is slowly declining as he approaches the big Eleven. He has suprised us though with his resiliancy and will to live. (We expected him to not last the year) Still has an appetite for Pizza, Spicy Thai and Big Macs

Well the current score is three intact tampons pooped out....string and all. We're still waiting for the Maxi-pads to appear.

(Pitbull got into the bathroom and ate 4 rolls of Charmin....a box of tampons and shredded a bunch of maxipads. Living room looked like it had snowed inside. Amazingly, ODD continues to show no signs of tummy distress.
