well, you guys are about 50/50, so it's not too bad. Maybe i'll lengthen the contest a bit also to two hours (which i've done a couple of times, but i figured i'd be busier this a.m. than usual)...

I was just teasing Robert.

Thanks for your efforts on the naked animal game. I tried to explain the game to my girlfriend the other night.

GF: "What are you doing honey"
me: "Reading the Thread" (puts hands in the air doing quote sighn)
GF: "The what?"
me: "Its on this war game forum. The guys play a naked animal game."
GF: "OH MY!"
me: "Its where one of the guys posts pictures of naked (uses air quotes again) animals on the net, but first we try and guess what the animal will be"
GF: "uh-huh" rolls eyes and walks away mumbling something about geeks to herself.
me:thinking to myself women just don't get it and goes back to reading the Thread.

Robert, we went to the Colorado History Meseum this weekend. They have your picture (avatar) hanging next to an exhibit on the 10th Mountain Div. It was next to some cartoons drawn by the guys of the 10th Mtn Div during their stay at Camp Hale.

No label. Where is your avatar from? It looks very familiar.

After seeing the exhibit all i can say is im thankful it wasn't me doing that training. Spending a winter in a tent at 10,000 ft is not my idea of fun.

That's Joe from "Willie and Joe" cartoons by Bill Mauldin (who died a couple of years back).

That's why flooding *and* fire are so dangerous: the listing keeps the firefighters from rolling around efficiently.
