Morning tithe.....frigid morning tithe.....I will die of cold tithe......my thermometer shows 8 outside....and they were promising winds of up to 25 mph....which would bring the windchill safely into the negative area. Farewell cruel world.

BooHoo... It builds character! Take a brisk bicycle ride to get your blood pumping!

I'll take a brisk jog to my car and sit there brickly shivering until the heater kicks in. Does that build character?

Only if you do it really briskly...

Calvin's Dad!!! i knew it!!!!

Question: have you tried to convince people that color photographs didn't exist before 1930 or so because there was no color? (or even: no colour??)

Morning Tithe...
Belated HB to Speedy!

Todays entertainment link: How I went to prison, escaped, got caught, and rescued a kitten

DISCLAIMER: This is a thread on the Somethingawful forum, which isn't really g-rated. But the story is too good to pass...

Interesting story...

Chilling, isn't it? Interesting fact: 5% of the world population are living in the US, but US prisons contain 25% of all inmates worldwide!

Not sure i believe that (i think lots of countries don't reveal their real stats for political reasons), but it is food for thought...

What do you mean "tried to convince"? It's true! Just like the fact that the sun sets just outside Flagstaff, Arizona!

The building will probably be struck by a meteor (or a punted Fleattlite cat) and burn to the ground...

Punted cats can cause building fires?

One would think that they all burn up in the atmosphere.

Well, it depends if Nik wears his special punting boots - they have things built into the soles to prevent atmospheric burnup in felines...

BTW, Nik - in case you missed this earlier post: love the boots!!

Course, when you're just a head in a bottle, it will tend to cut down on your personal cat punting... but by that time, they'll probably have a special cat punting robot for you...

the standard head jar allows easy insertion into a authentic replica of Robbie the Robot.

Well, if the message was truly "undeliverable", it sounds like more than just a connection, since it would then sit at his ISP until he fetched it.
