It depends whether you're on the good list or the bad one.
If you're on the good list you may en up with a high position in the coming penguin world government like ministry of beer or ministry of foreign nice girls affairs.

If you're on the bad list thennext time you get into the tub to take a bath, there might be a blood thirsty penguin agent waithing for you............

and just because I'm dapper doesn't mean that the world won't be mine...........on the list.

Just out of curiosity, once one is on the bird's list is there any way off of it? I'm not really worried about it and my guards could use the target practice but my aides keep telling me I need to be more diplomatic.

There is indeed a way off the list.....cash donations are always viewed favorably......

I don't pay extortion. Besides, even if I did collect that many fish my landlord would kick me out because of the stink.

I'd much rather be minister of foreign bad girls affairs.

In case you need directions we're two doors down and to the right from the Ministry of Silly Walks, not to be confused with the Ministry of Silly Walking Penguins, which is two doors down on the left.
