From hard personal experience I can tell you that Terminus has proximity mines....

yeah - this is the best place for smileys (it actually lives up to its name!) They have made it very easy to just copy the link and paste it into your message. Other sites have similar "linkable" gif images, but BestSmileys has the image tags at either end so that you don't have to type the tags before and after.

You can do this with virtually any gif or jpg image you can find but many sites don't want you to do the link trick, because it counts against their bandwidth limitations. Those sites will generally state this, and ask you to download the image instead - which is do-able but a pain. Some people get around this by downloading them into a Photobucket account and then using them with the image tags.
