Today we shall look at the simple art of making good toast. this shall always be achived using a toasting loaf of bread....never never use sandwich bread. Select the setting on your toaster so that the toast has a golden brown finish to it when it pops up.......black areas and to be avoided at all times . If you intend to have simply butter on your toast........god forbid that you should use magarine...allow the toast to cool so that the butter will not melt when applied. However, if you are in the mood to have a spread, such as (real) jam or better yet a nice home made mamalade, then do allow the butter to melt first before applying the jam. The exception to this rule is if you are having fruit toast otherwise known as rasin toast....then allow the toast to cool but not completely so that when the butter to applied it will semi-melt.

A hot cup of tea............9DO NOT USE TEA BAGS ).....English Breakfast hand picked from Ceylon would be recommended.

The pictures were taken from a Wirraway that was being used as the photo ship.
