Sitting at home in the cold waiting for the gas company to come fix my furnace for the 2nd time in 3 weeks tithe.

Anyone know what a flame sensor is, where it is, and how to clean it? That is what they said was broken last time and the sysmtoms are the same this time. They will be here between 3pm-midnight which is just great since I have OT at 9pm.

What cold? I'm not that far away from you and its nice and toasty here. Flame sensor is by where the pilot is...usually a little wire type of deal.

Rather you than me. I'm quite lucky that my house is MOD property. If I have a problem with heating in the winter then they have to get it sorted on the day I phone them, which comes in handy when your central heating pump is goosed. Also i means I don't have to pay for the repairs, so when the plumber starts making all those expensive noise I don't care

I have very honest (but not cheap) plumbing contractor and a very honest (but not cheap) air conditioning contractor. (My A/C is a heat pump. It does my heating in winter.) When I call, they come the same day. It may not be cheap, especially on weekends, but I value honesty and good workmanship over price. They have never treated me unfairly.

I have the same attitude about my honest (but not cheap) car mechanic. Having worked in the appliance industry before, I have learned the lesson of getting what you pay for where it comes to repairs. I've also learned that the most shady people have the most honest faces.

Onime, I concur. I am also lucky enough to know 3 honest car mechanics in this town to take my car depending on the problem. There are advantages to living in the same place for a long time.

Yep, that's right. At least I think they're honest, there's no point pretending to be as ugly as some of them.

I'm bored, so it's time for more spamming.

The 2 on the left are new ships, the other 6 are Kriegsmarine vessels which could probably be used as merchant ships.

Thread take all statistics papers and damn them to all seven Buddhist hells...

Good thing I only have one more to do, aside from the current one.

Your comment in the scenario forum supports my morale, but not my argument, Terminus...

Anyway, I second your motion to eliminate statistics. Maybe the Thread will help us if we sacrifice a chicken?

I say we do a burnt offering. A sirloin steak on my gas grill will do nicely.

Say medium rare to medium burnt
