Hmm, if you post this mod I think I will be forced to buy this game.

Well with today's release of 2.0 I can move full speed ahead. Although don't expect it in the next few weeks.

I couldn't wait. I went ahead an bought the game. Besides I figure I can start creating my own team (Go Argonauts!) while waiting for the College Project. I hope you do finish this. I can't seem to find ANY user created leagues anywhere on the web. Maybe I'll have to start modding as well...

Yeah I've been working on it every chance I get....even at work I don't think anyone has done any leagues to date becuase until 2.0 the game was not really worth it. Now we laid the foundation for things pre-2.0, but it wasn't going to happen till 2.0 came out.

And now that 2.0 is out, let the fun begin!

Expecting anyone to do all the Division I-A unis would of course be too much for an amateur project. And my own editing skills remain atrocious. I wonder if anyoen has done these schools:

Oregon State Beavers
Fresno State Bulldogs
Miami (FL) Hurricanes
Duke Blue Devils (perhaps with fictional players Duke might actually be decent)
Harvard Crimson

And someone has been asking about the fictional Transylvania Polygnostic Univeristy (from Girl Genius), IOU (Illuminati University -- you're not cleared to know what the "O" stands for) and the Miskatonic University Fighting Cephalopods (Go Pods! -- where the phgrase "this is where careers go to die" is quite literal.....).

Oh contrare, I have all 119 teams inplace, each with a correct 65 man roster. Now I'm just editing attribues...which will take awhile.

Also as I mentioned redoing the defensive playbooks. I'm done with the 4-3, will be done with the Nickel tonight. That'll leave the Dime, 3-4, 3-3-5, 4-2-5, and goalline.

Oh and I also have 8 weeks of this year's schedule already ready to go.

Patience...

I think all 119 division 1A uniforms are done, check FBmax, I did Oregon and Miami and uploaded them to FBmax.

I have a 48 teams major college league set up.  Im going with 4 conferences of 12 teams each.  Each conference will play a round robin within the conference, but will start the season with 3 non conference games.  Have uniforms, field art, and goal post pads for all teams.  Plus have at least 6 college playbooks ready, and Im working on a spead offense playbook.

Can't wait to see your playbooks nmleague. I've worked on the spread to, and going to redo some of those now that a TE doesn't have to be included. Plus the addition of the 3B means you can now have a receiver who lets say takes a Jet Sweep. It would be great if the 3B in the depth chart could be a WR too....David???

Ha, funny you should mention it, one of the formations I have for the spread has a 3B lined up as a WR and one play I have completed is a jet sweep with him carrying the ball.

I have updated  the wishbone and I formation offenses that I did last year, plus have a playbook with the passing offense that was with MF2.  I have playbooks with each with two defenses, college 43 which is a newer version of the one I did last year, and a 52 defense.  Also now working on a more college type 34 defense.

I should have a version of the spread offense done in a few days for anyone that wants to help test it.

Here are the first two formations Im using for the spread playbook, mayb use the shotgun formation with two backs from the "passing offense" playbook that came with MF2.

I'd be very happy to test it. Just send me the playbooks/leagues you want to test and I will let you know the results.

Plugging away every chance I get. Been redoing the defensive playbooks, and also adding more offensive plays. Designing plays during the season is much easier, as I constantly see new things each week. One of the things I want to do is get some of the flavor of college football plays incorporated. Below are some screens from my Wild Hog formation. Can't quite get it exact because the QB has to be on the field, and somewhere directly behind the center, but.......

And after the back comes in motion

Any updates on how this is progressing or an ETA? I've been busy playing Advanced Tactics and haven't checked back in here in a while.
