Can't move SEAC chinese units

HI all

I'm using the beta version of 1.795 and trying to get my CHinese Divisions which I assigned to SEAC to move out of China in Jan 1942.

They all moved to hex nw (using grid north) of Yunan along the road then they stopped to move further. They are all in supply with the Stillwell HQ but can't figure out why they are stuck.

I've tried for a month to get them to move. Eventually I gave up and tried to order them back to Yunan but they haven't moved either. So I have like 8 dfivisions sitting on this hex on a road while the Japanese are massing their assaults in Burma now.

I had set the China theater to Human control so they should have at least moved. As far as I can tell no Japanese units were blocking my path along the Ledo Road.

So basically all these divisions have been sitting in the same hex for 3 months.

What am I doing wrong?
