I've just posted a small movie that shows some of the options in the default Leagues as far as rules and teams.

Status: offline 		It is cool to see the movie. I cannot believe how excited everyone is about the game it just goes to show you that you were right and they were wrong. It was so nice outside today that it would have been a good day to stay home sick inside and play games.

Do a right click and "Save Link as...". Or just switch to FireFox
