Game keeps hanging at coin toss. Toss is done, then get option to kick or receive and I hang. Have to hard boot to get out. I have P4 3.0, 1GB ram, radeon x800xt card. Any suggestions?

We had no reports of hangs at the coin toss at any point during testing, so I'm hoping this is a system configuration issue. Try different graphics settings, try playing with sound off. Please follow the instructions in this forum to generate and post a DxDiag file for us so that we can check your drivers and other settings.

Also, what League / Rules combination are you using when you are seeing the hangs? Is this with the default US / American combination or something else?

Make sure you have the keyboard or the mouse selected (which ever one you are using for game mechanics).

That was it Sonny, boy do I feel stupid. Ive got it going but now after every 4th or 5th play I get a black screen with purple text in the top left corner saying something about a block variable and push F9 to continue. After a few of these I get the same black screen with text that says it cant continue and push esc to leave game. Im redownloading and reinstalling to see if that helps.

Please do post the DxDiag file if you are still having issues and try the other graphics/sound settings. Do you have any kind of game controller connected? If so, which type?

Ok it only happens when I play a quick play with the CFL group. I notice that no names come up on play summaries etc Could this be the problem? When I play NFL quick play, everyone has names and this doesnt occur.

I'm having no problems with Canadian quickplay here, but please continue to provide as much information as you can. Before you try the Canadian quickplay, do you change the League as well as the Quickplay default rules to Canadian?

Ok its all good now. I accidently reset the league but didnt follow up with starting a new season so the rosters were not filled, hence no names and my error reports. Hell, if anyone can break it , its me. All is good now. Excellent game, thank you so much for your fast responses, hope you get a little bit of sleep tonight.
