I conquered Pinrang, near Macassar, by airdropping the Jap 2nd Para Rgt.
Now this unit doesn't appear on the map...by clicking on the map on the right bottom side of the map, the unit window appears.
However it seems that I cannot embark the unit on TFs.
Any suggestions?

You could try air lifting it out, if it gives you the option.

Otherwise I suspect it has gone for good.

This sounds like the disappearing air unit bug. When transfering units by air you need to stop transport when the part at the destination becomes larger than the orginal group at the point of departure. Wait a few days till the mart at the destination beocmes the main unit and the part at the departure point becomes the /1 unit. You should then be able to complete transfer safely, or as safe as is possible in witp
