How do you delete a formation or play from the PDS that you have created?

I have tried removing it from the plays folder but it still remains an option in the selection option. The best way I can think is put it in a playbook and then delete it from the playbook. It should let you get rid of the formation or the play entirely.

Ya, I think that might be the only way too delete Plays and Formations.
