This may have happened to others. I had a fleet blockading a port and wanted to switch to another fleet. To make sure there was no time for the port to empty, I first added the second fleet to the blockade and was going to move out the first fleet on the next turn. To my surprise, I no longer could find the first fleet, it disappeared. It wasn't on the Military Advisor screen or the map.

I was able to recover by going back the the end of turn save. This was using patch 2.18, but I suspect it has always been there as a problem.

I've seen that when you have 2 fleets blackading an area that their flags may wave at the same time creating the illusion of one unit being there. But they're both there.

I've also seen this. The first fleet is not accessible because the second blockading fleet 'covers' it up. I had to remove one from blockade to get to the other.
