Hi Gang
if any of you remember, from the BTR fourms, we always tried to add in any Family Members who flew during the time of the game into the game, Fathers, Uncles and or so on

I have had a couple of people who asked to have someone from there Family added to the game already

so, thought I should bring it into the open and ask, if anyone had any Family Members who flew during the time period of these two games and if they would like me to try and add them into the game

overall, would need Unit and rank if known, time they flew, and of course there Names :0

Hello Hard Sarge my father was a B17 bomber pilot stationed at Celone air base near Foggia Italy in 1944 with the 15th A.F. 463rd B.G. 772nd Sq. in the U.S.A.A.F.
His name was Lt. James L. Jarmon and his first mission was on 7/11/44 and his last mission was on 11/11/44.
I have his flight logs too

Yeah I will send you scans of my fathers flight logs to your email address if you want.
Right now I'm on a different computer.I got 3 of my fathers missions in Shockwave productions Wings of Power which is a flight simulator add on to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.Sadly he passed away 1 month before it came out so he never got to see it.Dad passed away in July 2004.He had 50 missions(35 sorties).
I also have some of his bombing photos and other wartime photos. The 463rd Bomb Group has a web site
http://www.463rd.com or .org now.

Is it possible that you could also send me scans of your fathers log book as I have a real interest in the careers of real life pilots. Click on my name for my e-mail address.

Best Regards

Thanks everyone.I'm sorry if I posted too many pictures. My dad was promoted to
1st Lt when he was in the E.T.O.
For the first 5 missions he was the co pilot.
Shockwave productions has many people(pilots, crewmembers) with extensive historical knowledge on their message boards and they just released a remake of Rowan's Battle of Britain flight sim.Sadly though they just cancelled B17 III The legend Returns.
