Game 2 of many <G>

Managed game, which was autocompleted. Noticed something strange in the boxscore.
Warren Cromartie started in LF 1/4
Jerry White LF 0/0
Bryan Little PR

Looked like Little was brought in for White, thought he might have walked, but then wondered who played the OF afterwards.

Checked the game log. showed the following:

Top 8, Warren Cormartie walks.
Bryan Little pinch runs.

End of inning.

No mention that White came in as a defensive replacement after the half inning or at the beginning of the bottom of the inning.

The boxscore probably should have read:
Cormartie LF
Little PR
White LF

and perhaps a mention of the defensive change in the log would be nice, if it's easily added, like pitching changes are mentioned.
