Sorry if this has been mentioned:

There's usually a play-by-play error once every two games or so. The PBP will read that a player hit a HR, but he'll wind up at 1st or 2nd, and when you check the boxscore, it says it's a single or double.

Weird.

Hmm. I have never seen this. Can you post a screen shot or a shot of the game log?

Sure. I will next time it happens. I believe though, the sign that says HR disappears real quick, but the PBP should still be there. Let me try to get it to happen again.
