Sorry if this has been asked...still finding my around the game and the forums. My question is if I choose to do a historical career are the next years rookies placed on their real teams or are they dumped into the pool that is the amatuer draft. If they are imported for the amatuer draft is there a workaround that you can do to assure they end up on their correct historical teams?

Yes there is a way. If you choose the [x] Affinity Mode option when you creat the association then rookies will typically get drafted onto the appropriate teams (though there is some chance that they might not based on salary cap issues and full rosters etc..)

Pretty much exactly what you are looking for.

can we implement the affinity mode in Associations started before the beta that introduced it?
