Playing a historical career starting 1903, using 1.25. Got to 1908, when I had the same problem reported elsewhere-all pitchers with stuff over 50 or so dropping to a range within 50-52--but no problem, the performance of the players seemed unaffected.

But then move to 1909, when I sim one month, and notice that some of the RBI leaders have 70 RBI already--and George Curry has nine losses and an era of 436.57!! ALso his ratings are 100 stuff and control and velocity of '5.' EDIT: THere are NO other pitchers like this.

I check the game log, and some of the scores are 135-6 and 89-3 and so forth.

Would this be fixed in the new patches?

I checked the game logs, and all the excess runs come from games against Philadelphia in which George Curry is pitching. NO other pitchers are a problem (though I think he's the only one in the league with 'stuff' above 50-52).

Okay, very strange...I went to my backup of the association and force-retired George Currie while he was still in AA. Next year all the pitchers whose ratings had dropped went back up again.

After a month, seems to be simming normally!

Problem with George Curry in the database?

The problem seems to have gone away(ratings AND stat anomalys) once I retired George Curry, so I'm thinking Bauerpower (he experienced the problem in 1910--when Curry could have possibly broken into the majors, for me it was 1909) may have had the same problem. If Curry was way over-rated, it could have 'normalized' all the other ratings to 50-52.

Will update if the problem resurfaces.
