I was wondering if it was possible to turn OFF the almanac feature of Puresim? After every season I have to wait about 45 minutes while 1) the database compact runs and 2) the almanac rebuilds (starts at the first season every time...ugh. It would also be nice if the compact only ran against the .psa db and not the .psx -- the .psx barely changes (I assume all the history is stored there?) and it would save a lot of time if that were skipped. The almanac also takes way too long to rebuild and I'd much rather be able to just get on with playing. I do love the game although mine crashes a lot after making trades.

Status: offline 		I added a prompt for the Almanac for the next patch.

Note the .psx file is not compacted in the off season (as of version 1.2 I think)
