I am finding that in all ports the computer will not allow me the option of loading troops and supplies in every case even when I am using an AK. The computer will only allow the Troops only option. This happens in a random fashion and I never know if a TF will be allowed to load both supplies and troops. I can always load troops only and supplies or fuel only.

glitch. fixed in upcoming patch

workaround:

hit cancel load troops/supplies etc. That will reset the load options for you.
