Just got TOAW-III, playing Korea 50-51 over and over again as I read the FAQs, tips, strategy guides, AARs, etc.

Two questions:

1) When playing the PO, is there a way to slow down the display of the PO's moves? I'd like to learn something from watching how its units move around, not just the combat resolutions. The TalonSoft Battleground series let you do this with F7/F8.

2) Is there any way to keep the N-S RRs intact as I advance, and am I correct in assuming this is necessary to keep my units in supply as they advance on Pusan early in the game? I was quite surprised to see that moving a RR engineer unit over an intact RR down south results in it getting torn up (ouch!).

Thanks,

dpm

Most scenarios use the default 100% rail damage, and this is no exception. You will have to use this unit to repair hexes which have already been converted, but don't get hopeful of being in anything approaching a good supply state when you get to Pusan.
