Well is it possible for one commander to be in HQ of two different commands? I have Mac Arthur in USAFFE and Southwest Pacific HQ... never heard of it and frankly did not see it in the manual.

Dugout Doug is the exception to the rule. He's defined in the database as commander of both USAFFE & SWPAC, at least in stock.

Besides him, no, it's not possible.

There also used to be a bug that replicated leaders. I believe that is fixed...unfortunately. I now have two M. Mitchells in my game...woohoo.
