From Tenaru to Guadalcanal and bloody ridge to fight an Advance vs Delay with a vis of 14 and misty/raining, I took a squadron of C-47's and a company of astralian paras and italian paras to drop in behind the lines on the opening turn

even with all my core forces mechinized,and rolling to objectives that will reinforce the parachute force those poor buggers fell into the enemies artillery positions!!

My engineers riding on tanks were the vanguard out in front of the trucks bearing the regular infantry and support heavier equipment.

The paras made mincemeat out of the guns and mortar crews, and managed to muster a beutiful subfront to squeeze the retreating japs between my advancing core forces.
