Hi all,

I've been trying to evacuate units by subs, but have had some problems.

At the start of a stock scenario 15 playing the allies against the AI. The 2 RN subs from India and a handfull of US subs from the PI run to Singapore to grab some of the units. The 2 RN boats get there, and one is quite happly able to load some fragments of one of the RAF HQ units, and starts on it's way back to India, the US boats turn up and also start to load units, they all load bits of different units and all start happly off toward india as well. However the other RN boat will not load anything. I select the load only troops option, and give it the unit I want it to load, and it list's itself as loading troops, but at the end of the turn it set's of for India with nothing onboard.

I've tryed fiddling with every option I can find, and have dispanded the boat into the port and then created a new TF, but I just can't get this one boat to load anything.

Any ideas?

Some of the RN subs, most of the Dutch, and the smaller USN S-nn class subs have a smaller load capacity.

They can only load like 16 points or whatever. They will initially load a combat squads (value 10), but once those are all loaded, the support squads have a load value of 20, and cannot be loaded onto:

RDN - K-class subs. I don't think they fit on the O-class either.
RN - T-class subs.
USN - S-class subs.

Thanks Feinder... I'd missed that support squads where bigger than combat squads.

Is there a list of the load cost of each unit type somewhere?
