anyone getting a problem when the union take fort Hill or any of the other forts in that area, it says CSA takes the Fort then I get kicked out of the game.

If you are talking about the crash to desktop after a siege succeeds then yes. It's been noted in the thread above ^.

I got the same problem right after taking Fort Hill as well.
