Panther�s War College (PWC) website is up and running at:

http://cota.matrixgames.com/pwc/

This website will host the article-scenario modules and support files for PWC.

We are all thankful to Rooster for creating such a wonderful website. He is also the designer of PWC�s emblem. Thanks Rooster!
