here goes afew months ago my Dell crashed I have since got it lined back out I let my ISP default I therefore have to use my stepfathers computer.

I reinstalled my backup disk of WITP which had 1.5 on it.now heres the kicker on dial up
it will take the computer 5.5 hours to download 1.804.

Our ISP PeoplePC who bought out everyones internet has some stupid policy where every 5 hours or so they will disconnect you which sucks big time I remember with everyones internet I could stay on two or three days with no interruption.

Matrix games in their download section only have the 1.804 comp
is there any website I can go to to get the incremental updates cause the increments I can download with out having to be disconnected.

as soon as they disconnect me all the stuff had been downloading disappears I dont believe there is any way to save half way through.

Also I did download the 6.0 editor patch I didnt notice adifference in the editor was this a comp patch or incremental it didnt say if its a incremental where can I get the incrementals from1.0 to 6.0

I don't know if it's still possible to get the interim patches. To finish incomplete downloads you need to use a 'download manager'. There are quite a few free ones available. See www.download.com for some.

Alternatively: Where are you located? Maybe someone could burn you a CD with the 1.804 patch and snail mail it?

Is it possible to go to a library or some other place that has a high-speed connection? You could put the download on a memory-stick.

Hi

I have:

1.60 complementary (5.94 Mb)
1.80 update (2.26 Mb)
1.801 update (2.36 Mb)
1.802 update (3.83 Mb)
1.804 update (4.05 Mb)

Never DLded full 1.804, just unstalling and implementing every patch. It may be considered too complicated, but it's ok for me. Can share the files with you, if you want to.

Alex.

I think one only needs 1.60, 1.80 and 1.804 (probably only 1.60 and 1.804) since others than 1.60 are exe-file patches only and won't do changes in database etc.
