ggaliana - take a look in scenario/editor desingn....

Yes Fish, no 4E and finally we have a plenty of strategic bombers - although Italian ones

It would be interesting to see how this game can be played based on WiTP experience without any intel on enemy strength (didn't wanted to open Allied turn).....

Good luck with this guys. It will be interesting to see how this goes. If the morale/experience of the Italians is not supressed to account for the very poor leadership and general lack of fighting spirit, it'll be very short because they actually had more and better ships than the Royal Navy, as well as greater airpower...

From what I remember from an early test Malta will usually be wiped out as an offensive base within a week.

I assume Malta is set to be a lvl 10 AF so that the Axis can never 100% suppress it for CAP ?

Looks good !!!!

Say what?? There were several bomb groups worth of B-24's in the theater. In fact, the first American raid into Europe come from a field in Egypt, on June 12, 1942.

Hi guys,

First turn of orders done.

I am intrigued to see how this goes. I must say I do fear the mass air model in this but the scenario design is excellent IMO.

There are Liberator's in theatre already..............in Egypt no less

Obviously my initial task is to survive on all fronts.

I doubt Malta is holdable in this and I feel the Italians will probably not be handicapped as much as they were in reality.

Nonetheless bring it on Pauk you dumbass

Looks fine... what is the date of the start of scenario ?.... given the position displayed on the map I would say between Dec 41 and Feb 42...

By the way in this period Malta was effectivelly neutralized as an offensive base... the WITP engine is generating too efficient port attacks, while IRL Malta port was always active despite periods of Axis air superiority, but that is another problem. Malta is also supposed to have huge AA defences.

Hi Laurent,

It's January 1st 1942.

I agree Malta was not that offensive a this stage but I feel she will be overwhlemed by daily 100+ bomber raids arttriting all on the island. We'll see though
