If I understand correctly, the answer is that if all goes well, this will become the official release in a week or two. Assuming some bugs turn up that we need to fix before release, it will probably be two weeks. If all goes extremely smoothly, then one. There may be a few final changes to the data files, so it's probably the safest bet to wait until it's official as there shouldn't be long to wait.
