I have installed the game with update v123. I am having a problem as I cannot see the CAMP for reinforcement in the city buildings menu. I just have BARRACKS, SHIPYARD and FOUNDRY. How can I fix the problem?

I've lost track at this point, what with the various changes to camps, but I think that what might be happening is that you're playing the Basic game, in which camps are not (were not?) an option. Is that true? Try running a game on Advanced settings and see if you do get the option of building camps.
